Once confirmed, the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
However, if you are a registered customer, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase in the "My Orders" section of your account.
If this deadline has expired or you purchased as a guest, you can still return the package following the instructions in our return policy.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Check the status of your shipment using the tracking number (usually available within 2-5 business days).
Transit time: 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping time: 10-15 working days (Monday to Friday)

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, access your reserved area "My orders" and click on "Make a return".
You will receive an email updating you on the progress of your return.
A courier will come and collect the product directly from your home, without you having to insert the shipping label.
Once the product arrives in the warehouse, checks will be carried out. If the product meets the conditions for return, we will proceed with the refund.
NB. Returns are free.

To return one of our products, please make sure you do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must not show signs of wear or have been used.
Otherwise, it will be sent back to your home and you will not be able to get a refund.

You will receive your refund after confirmation of the returned product inspection.
The full amount will be processed within a maximum of 1 business day.
